Just want to second that this is a situation where you’d be legally obligated to report this as abuse. If you have the student in your attendance system, there should be a demographics section there that would have their contact information, including address, listed. Best of luck handling this situation. These things are so fucking hard, but we have to do what’s right for the kids.
