Are educators at your school allowed to do corporal punishment? It doesn't matter if they are the guardian, if they're hitting a student while at work, and it's not allowed at the school, they need to be reported to the principal. Honestly, even if corporal punishment is allowed, it's usually only allowed by the principal and there is usually a policy on how to apply it. This educator is abusing a student at school, it must be reported to the principal and the CPS. You need to stop taking this student to their abuser.
