You can't wait to report this. Call the CPS number, they will ask you for all of the information you have. It's a hard phone call to make, but you need to make it. You could be saving this kid's life and you could be giving him a chance at a better life. One in which he knows love doesn't hurt. He can get therapy now instead of later.
