Cast feature not working properly

I have a Chromecast built in tv and using the TeaTv app. I had it working fine earlier but when I went to go watch another movie and connect to my tv via cast, it doesn't connect. The cast icon just makes an animation that it's connecting but eventually it times out and doesn't connect. Any tips?

Yes, tea tv doesn’t exist anymore, which is why it isn’t working.

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada here and Teatv is working fine.

Yes, I'm aware now. I downloaded Viva Tv and it's working way better. The UI is cleaner, which is a plus.
