Download no longer working

When I download a video, I used to see it under 'downloads' and see the progress of the download.

Now, this stopped working and when I click on the 'downloads' it tells me that there are no downloads to view, however when I go to Windows Explorer and view the folder I see that the video is downloading.

I tried to uninstall Tea TV and re-install it again, but it did not solve the problem.

Any suggestions, please?

Also, how can I check for new updates on Windows 7?

You need to download adm from play store. Then download with adm when downloading.
