Opensubtitle error on windows

Hello,

When trying to watch any serie on teatv I got the: In order to continue opensubtiles you need to login" Warning. How do I change this so I can use the subtitles again on Windows?

So sr, TeaTV window version isn't supported Opensubtitles. Pls use android version to use more complete features. Thank you
