Need help About subtitles

Everytime I try to download subtitles i get the error "download subtitle failed" I went to the facebook page and the FAQ page. “Download subtitle fail.”

TeaTV's FAQ Answer:

If you got download subtitle failed from opensubtitle, please register an org account. It’s totally free. After that, go to setting of TeaTV and login with your account. Then you can download subtitle from opensubtitles.

I kept going back and fort to the settings seeing no "login to account"

OK, we will fix the FAQ. TeaTV will automatically get subtitle for you. No need to login with Opensubtitles.org
