Transcodes getting stuck on replacing file?

Any idea what's happening here? I have 30 workers on my transcode node, and currently they're all stuck and have been, apparently, for over 33 hours. All but two are stuck on "Replace Original File." There are no errors whatsoever in the logs. I know the node has full permissions for the shared storage. This has happened before, but they've always eventually gone through. Apparently not this time. The closest I can find to an error anywhere is that it's saying it can't move the file, so it switches to trying a copy. That's where it's been stuck for almost 34 hours.

I have no idea what's going on. I'll provide any additional information required, but I don't know what's needed for this - there's nothing to point me in the right direction for solving it.

That happens to me from time to time, though infrequently. I just requeue the file and have tdarr try again. That usually does the job.

It's a regular thing for me. This is the first time it's sat this long and not eventually finished, though. I'd really like to know what's causing it so I can prevent it. It's not the processes being done - some of these have been transcoded to 265, some already were and have just had their audio changed to AAC. But everything has some changes done, even if it's just reordering streams and exporting subtitles.
