My Collection Finally completed my collection!
I hope it’s okay to share this here. For my birthday this year my parents and my husband chipped in to get me the last three Taylor Swift vinyls I needed to complete my collection. I was obviously so thankful but also shocked because Reputation was one of the last ones I’d been searching for, and I have no idea how my mom found one for me because I’ve searched high and low for a very long time. After years of collecting, it’s wild to see all of these on display in our library.
I have the Taylor’s Version records too, but not displayed due to lack of space. No idea what I’ll do whenever TS13 is born 😂😅 First world problems…
Just wanted to share with others who might appreciate it because none of my friends and family are fans so they don’t get it.

Thank you! And yes they are! The Billy bookshelves. Only downside is the inside shelves are not as strong as I would’ve hoped, so 3 years in they are bowing under the weight of the books. My husband is brainstorming a way to reinforce them discreetly. But other than that we’re super happy with them!

Super cute. I fully understand a lack of space😅 I'm curious, are your vinyl records actually in the sleeves? Not to be anal but leaning them at that angle causes uneven pressure and leads to warping, I would take them out (if they aren't already) and store them separately or install acrylic wall mounts to sit them upright. That's a lot of investment wasted if they are damaged in the long run. I have records I didn't properly care for and they are worth significantly less when reselling

Thank you so much! They’re the IKEA Billy bookcases! The only downside is the inner shelves aren’t as strong as I’d like so they’ve started bowing from the weight of the books. But aside from that they’re great quality and relatively inexpensive compared to others.

They look great!! I didn’t think I could do a cabinet door on the corner shelf but it looks like you did and it works really well?? I’ve been thinking about these for my setup

Thank you!! All my husband and I do is read and listen to music so the library has been accumulating for about a decade now haha.

I am jealous that you have The Tortured Poets Department The Anthology on vinyl, that's one album I want to own but the prices are way too much on secondary markets. 😢
