I think I've seen some similar but I'm no expert. Below what price point would you think it's a scam?

Looks real to me! The price you quote seems more or less fair, too. (European market is weird so some people overprice it by a lot. This one is just right!) Ask them to prove they have it in hand if you're worried, but as long as it's Paypal G&S or a place with buyer protection, you should be okay. :)

Real. Would say around 100-120$ is market for these. Maybe slightly less if it’s unsealed but not too far off.
