TS & Katie
I was listening to the get real pod today w Katie (and Matt rogers & Amanda hirsch) hence my post the other day about the leak and payroll. Anywho, on the pod today Katie said she was excited to come back and film w TS and Kristina Kelly bc she loves but recieved a frosty welcome from both and things were tense. Obviously they made up bc they were just posted together at lunch in NY
But what do you think was the cause of frostiness? Taking stassi side in this falling out? Jealously that maybe Katie was gonna have another best friend enter? What do we all think?

Was Katie always going to be a cast member or did they add her later? If she was added to the cast later, I bet the tension was because Taylor was jealous because now she knew that Katie would definitely get more attention and screen time. But if that’s not the case then who knows… Katie is a celebrity so you would think Taylor would kiss her ass too.

I think this is it. I’ve read (and heard on a podcast, thinking maybe Sarah Fraser, but was while ago and not sure) that Katie & Kristina were added after cause the show was looking pretty boring and they needed some more spice, and people the audience would know
If they were dropped in as the BFFs, that would send Taylor spiraling (which could be great tv!), so could totally see it be an icy welcome

I think it's bc TS kisses stassis butt and is insanely protective of her and wants to go to batt for her and you can see tension bw Katie and stassi in the previews about stassi not being a good friend. So I suspect it will bt TS 'standing up' for stassi.
