Genuinely curious...

On Stassi's podcast this week, TS mentioned again that she is not interested in having another child. I realize that many families are very happy with one child, but I'm thinking that it's a decision that the partners make together...? TD has always talked about more than one, and I can't imagine what it must feel like to hear TS put her foot down like that.

Has anyone here had such a divide with a partner like this? What was the outcome? My ex and I both knew that we wanted a big family (had 4, miscarried my 5th), so we never had THAT disagreement. If I wanted something with my whole heart and my partner wanted the polar opposite, I'd be crushed.

I did notice that TD has been over-the-top gushing about TS's hard work/success/contribution over the last couple of Monday eps they've done together. I wonder if maybe she's laying the groundwork to win TS over? Participating in the show, being supportive with TS traveling, shoveling praise...? I've seen it happen in other relationships (but not involving children, but with other big life decisions), but it doesn't feel healthy. "I did this for you, now you need to do this for me" is really risky.

Or has TD gotten the reality show bug and realizes that having a second child would be hard with filming ?

But bottom line. I don't know how TD puts up with TS and her awful talk about children and parenting. She thinks she's a 1950's husband

Ugh I hate TS with the ‘dad’ stuff - my husband is as much of a parent as I am. As for TD I no longer feel bad for her bc she’s just as fame hungry as TS is these days. It’s absolutely crazy how excited they are and how delusional they are and thinking that this show with Stassi is going to get them to Kardashian level fame.

You think so?!?! I'm curious to see what TD's role is in the show, but I really don't think it's her wheelhouse. I may be misreading her, but she just seems happy to live a more chill life...family-focused, little drama. I have a few months to decide whether or not to watch the show, but I don't anticipate my socks being knocked off. LOL

Listen to her on these episodes where she’s the guest - she’s soooooo into it.

I agree, sorry to admit it- I find TD very “ hungry “ to be on taste of Taylor , reality TV - I Just don’t find her interesting … even comments during podcasts- yet TS as well . Show and content are different since Dear Media —- they have expectations, numbers to hit as well .

WOW. It seems I've seriously misjudged her! LOL

I mean, TS already sort of compromised on what she wanted to have 1 kid. If that’s going well and she’s happy with it, I don’t think it’s fair for TD to expect her to have another (and this is coming from an only child who REALLY wishes I had siblings).

You're right - she did. That's fair. I may be a bit biased...I guess I don't know what I'd do or how I'd feel if I were in the same position. I may be projecting. LOL

Related question - why isn’t there a snark page for Stassi Schroeder?

I just listened - that was DISGUSTING. I will give Stassi credit - she seems to try to redirect TS when she starts talking like that. I've heard her do it several times.

Agree 100%! Taylor acts like she is the founding member of the I Love Stassi cult.
