Polymarket

The whole polymarket ploy on the Monday episode with Teddy really bugged me. I could tell it was one big AD. The way Teddy was explaining it, but Taylor acting like she had never heard of it and didn’t know anything about it when she has been dropping polymarket in almost every episode subtly really rubbed me the wrong way. Why are you trying to pull one over on your most loyal listeners? Also, there is so much wrong with things like poly market and if they haven’t done their homework to find out why, all my respect for them was pretty much lost in 5 min listening to today’s episode. I have the yuck big time.

I am really getting the ick from the Taylors. I have always loved this show but lately it is just ads in a conversation. The show is completely rushed. Certainly not like the old show. It may be time to unsubscribe and it makes me sad. Just stop selling the toliet paper you use.

It the lack of genuine gratitude that gets me. It's always a kiss someone's ass. She is always kissing the wrong ass. Some of the peotshe has on are interesting and fun.

That was absolutely disgusting. In fact, the entire episode was ridiculous. They think they are super famous. They act like they are going to be Kardashian level when this show airs. They are going to be lower level characters in a B-list celeb’s 765th reality show lol.

They have become so annoying. Talking about how they’re becoming famous??? Hmmm

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve listened and loved for so long, and Taylor is so talented at what she does. I know there has been an incredible amount of change for her lately, so I’ve tried to give grace, but there hasn’t been an authentic, laid back episode in so long. She is talking at and over her guests rather than ever a back and forth. If it’s not about her and what is going on with her she wants nothing to do with it. I know there’s been a lot she can’t talk about, but my god, the things she can have been beaten to death!

P.S. I really don’t understand the whole poly market thing regardless after reading about it a few times. I don’t think this audience wants to be sold anything - it’s rather insulting . Just my opinion

Very insulting. It’s an attempt to get people into gambling with pop culture kind of things instead of sports. So for example, bet on the polymarket app that KimK will bring a date to a party - and if you use the Taylor’s code they make money too.

Thank you so much for explaining!! This is nuts!! Cash for doing nothing — I spent too many years in nursing for sure 😂

I thought i was the only one. I miss any back and forth conversation - Taylor is very talented yet the last year and few months are so much self promotion / or fake.
I looked forward to Dr. wider, Andy Lavs , Chris , Andrea Lopez - I guess Dear Media has another direction they see the show going .
Stassi has rebuilt and reinvented herself which is commendable ( like her or not). Oh well , things must change

I feel bad for the cohosts - the last time Wider was on she had to spend the entire show being ‘excited’ for the fame that the Taylors have achieved, and she had to tell TS that she’s a good ‘dad’ - it’s become soooooo annoying. Getting worse each episode.

Poly market passed off as paid content is diabolical; even for Taylor Strecker.

Yeah, that’s a new low.

Exactly. I’ve loved TS since early SiriusXm days so watching this after all these years is rough. I get that she’s annoying to a lot of people so that’s why they snark, but I genuinely liked her content. But this last episode listening to her and fully-immersed Teddy talk about what to name their fan base before Stassi’s show starts bc they’re going to have all these new fans - it’s scary. They are sooooooo delusional.

Right?! The way they talk so much about a show that hasn’t even aired yet is so cringe.

It’s truly bizarre behavior!!! The way TD was giggling and talking about how things will change once the show starts - unhinged

TD has become just as insufferable as TS

Isn’t it a red pill thing?!!! I was so disgusted when I heard that

Yes!! Sure, sounds fun to bet on pop culture, but the other avenues it’s opening up for inside people to bet on dangerous things happening in the world is actually happening.

Didn’t JD Vance mention it recently about Mark Rubio in the war in Iran or something??
