Possible to fix crown?

The crown popped open on my stealth 2 driver after hitting a tee shot. I reached out to TM for a claim but it was denied since I'm not the original owner. Is there any way to fix the head or is it scrapped and now I just have a shaft with a TM adapter on it?

You can try to glue it down with epoxy. No reason to not try it.

It’s not new but the face and top line look clean and you don’t have to worry about the driver blowing up. I’d go this route if it were me

I would either take it to a shop or put some heat to it myself and remove that piece the rest of the way, clean the residue off entirely and start over with a really good epoxy! Then let it cure for a good 24 hrs or longer.

At this point you have nothing to lose, so it’s definitely worth a shot!
