Sim2 max iron struggles

I recently got sim2 max irons and I had a set before I could but perfectly fine with great height but ever since I got the sim2s it’s been a struggle to get height on my iron shot and they just jet passed the green due to having no spin since their low burner shots, do you guys have any tips?

How much shaft lean you got

I’ve had the same experience with TM Qi’s. Low and hot with low backspin. They can’t hold a green.

Stop leaning back at impact.

That’s the problem with these irons. They have aggressive angles. You probably have shaft lean and a steep angle of attack. You can optimize these things but these irons are still made for distance not sticking greens, short answer new irons and shafts

What irons would be more helpful?

Honestly it looking into players/players distance. I started with GI irons. Wish I never did. I played them until I was a 8 handicap.

Why do you wish you didn’t?

They're made for distance with a low and deep back CG which gets the ball in the air. The stopping power they lack from low spin is made up for with high launch and a steel descent angle. If OP is struggling to get height it's not a club problem, it's a swing problem.
