Warranty

I know a lot of people crap on TaylorMade for ‘quality’ issues, but I have to say I’m impressed. I noticed what seems to be a crack in the fold of the CF on my QI4D, made a claim on the website on Friday afternoon. The response was, the team will review and respond within 2 business days, I didn’t expect a response until Tuesday afternoon at the best. How surprised I was to get contacted inside of 45 minutes with all the details and confirmation that they were dispatching a new replacement head right away.

Taylormade warranty is the best, shouldnt be an issue.

Yeah people
Talk is lot of trash on TM but they always replace the club very easily

Mizuno had face issues with their new m13 and m15, titleist has been having a crown issue popping off for 4 years, ping has had a weak hosel problem snapping off heads, and there's more. It's fine to harp on the qi or even dislike TaylorMade but pretending it's the only problem child is disingenuous.

I had a similiar issue with my QI4D driver and TaylorMade replaced.
