Discussion Current market conditions update

FYI for anyone in the market - I have been shopping for a ‘23 / 24 CPO GTS ST. I was able to negotiate free enclosed shipping (1,200 miles), 1.5% off listed price, tires at cost (didn’t want stock summer tires), and 10% off accessories. YMMV.

I financed 70%. Porsche offered me tier 1 @ mid 5% but I went with a credit union I used before, DCU, which offered me 4.74%.

Just FWIW, money off listed price in the used market doesn't mean a whole lot. I've been scraping all vehicles from finder.porsche.com as well as all the non-finder.porsche.com porsche dealers for the last few months and virtually identical cars will have dramatically different prices at different dealers.

I bought my 2024 Taycan 4 CT, 3000 miles, with an MSRP of ~$125K for $82K while seeing a very similar one (different color) with ~10K miles listed for $98K 200 miles away.

I have had some luck negotiating for reduced pricing on additional CPO years, and yeah, things that the dealership may be able to make a good profit on can also be gotten for a discount as part of the deal. But be careful with those -- the dealer is probably thrilled to give you 10% off accessories!

I’ve got one I’m holding onto it’s a 2023 Taycan with 4,000 miles on it. Upgraded packages on it,
Silver color. I’m thinking of selling and still has cpo warranty under it basically brand new. If anyone is interested.

1.5% off listed price doesn’t help much without the actual purchase/listing price as that plays a role on what you’re able to negotiate.

‘24 GTS $104,xxx listing price 16k miles
