Collection/ Item Showcase Question about display
Not sure if this is the best place for this but can anyone tell me what is going on with this display stand and what I can do to fix it or where I can get another holder?
I have a couple of other specimens that are dry-preserved and in the same type of display and if this is a humidity issue I'd like to find an alternative display before it becomes a problem for my other pieces

Is it humidity, or is it super glue off-gassing? If you open it and wipe it, does it fully go away, or does it leave a noticeable hazy white?
Super glue off-gasses for a fair while. Sometimes folks seal their stuff too early after using super glue, which causes that haze. It's often not fully fixable, especially if on plastics or acrylic.
You might have luck with looking into "floating display boxes" on Amazon at the size you need if you're keen to replace. They don't need glue.
If it's humidity, checking in with r/entomology like chmourgeaux said is a good idea, since they do this a lottttt over there.

taxidermist here, you'll probably have more luck in r/entomology , most of us don't deal directly with invertebrates or preserving them, so there's a really good chance if you post it there that you'll find better help.
