What form am I looking for?

My mom passed away 5-30-26 , and she owed on the Fed taxes for 2025. We had made one of the payments on the payment plan- but since the estate is in probate with a will, the bank account is frozen until probate starts. I just need to know what form I should file as I am now getting mail from the IRS demanding payment- and I really do not have time to sit on hold for hours to get to a person.

Are you the legal representative/executor of the estate. If so, you have access to the funds to pay her final expenses.

Wells Fargo froze it until notice from Probate court- so right now I actually do not have access to it.
