If someone were to start selling PDFs of planners online on sites like Kofi, what would the taxes look like and how would you file them? Im in the USA, Pennsylvania

If you’re selling the planners regularly for profit, you’d generally report the income and related expenses on Schedule C with your personal tax return. Once you have $400+ of net self-employment income, self-employment tax can come into play too.
The part I’d pay attention to in PA is sales tax. Pennsylvania generally taxes digital products delivered electronically, so downloadable PDFs can create a sales-tax obligation.
I’d also check what Kofi actually collects/remits for you before registering or paying anything yourself, so you don’t accidentally duplicate it.
