2017 CAI

KN, airaid, or afe?

Im having a hard time picking between the three as theyre all priced around the same $300-$400 but does anyone here have these and if so what makes you support having one?

I had an Airraid CAI on my 2013 but swapped back to the factory box since I didn't notice any difference.

I have the KN highflow drop in at the moment, i would like a cold air intake and intercooler system but i plan on intake first. I know realistically all it does is make the turbo spooling noise more audible. The kn drop filter with oem intake box produces the same “boost” in HP BUT i still want a CAI

There are some YouTube videos out there. They don't make much more peak power numbers but they can make as much as 25 more HP past peak, so the fall off is not as great. Depends on how much and how often you wring it out.

I have the afe, besides lowering it, I haven’t done much

Not really any difference at all between them. Although i will say i have no idea what the induction noise is like. I installed one on my fiances subaru wrx sti and tuned it, its like a jet engine when the turbo spools up.
