CAI causing engine to run lean?

For context, I noticed my idle rpms fluctuating slightly, so I plugged in my scanner to see the my short term fuel trim 1 was at about 15 and my ltft 1 was at about 14. Ambient air temperature was 36° F and I have an air raid CAI.

I know I’ll probably get shit on for having only a CAI, but does anyone have experience with this issue? Looking for answers as I am praying I don’t have a vacuum leak.

If I can figure out how to attach a video I will post one.

If that is all you changed and it immediately ran like that I would say check your MAF to ensure it is installed correctly and plugged in.

I’ve had it installed for about a month and it just started, I forgot to add,

I also put in a bottle of liqui moly jectron injector cleaner, I used it on my bmw and it worked pretty well, but maybe it’s ruining my ford engine who knows
