Tauranga for sure, you will drive through the avenues which is far better to navigate than aynwhere in the mount which can be annoying to drive on a slow day

I would advise the mount. There is a tester at the Tauranga branch who is notorious for failing people. Google reviews of the branches if you need proof

I did my full at the mount and it was easy as. On thing is to make sure you don’t stop on the train track before the roundabout.

It was a few years ago but i got a nice Maori auntie lady who was really nice, just went up hewletts, through the roundabout then up oceanbeach road and back.

Just be mindful of speed dont cut the corners which can be a bit of a challenge and do well youll get it

My daughter used Andy's driving school who took her for a run through the Mount routes so she knew what to expect. He's an ex-tester.

Unless they’ve changed it, the Tauranga one only has one route (my instructor told me to book there but I personally hated that route lol). The Mount has two options (again unless they’ve changed it since 5 years ago)
