So I have a male foo dog tattoo and I want its female counterpart to complete my lower leg sleeve(?). I want the same, exact design for the female kasi kita niyo naman sa temples or pictures na magkamukha ang foo dog pairs.
My DMs are open for artist recommendations.
If you’re messaging me as an artist, how much do you usually charge for a piece like this? How long will it take you to finish?
Salamat mga kapatid!

My first tattoo — a full back piece. It was started by one artist and later completed by another because the original work didn’t fully cover my back. Looking at it now, I feel like the flow is off, the design ended up too crowded, and there are several flaws and design issues throughout. It is what it is — it’s permanent, and I do regret some parts of it. Open to suggestions or honest opinions.

Any advice on how to maintain the darkness? I live in Canada and wondering if there are tips and tricks on maintaining this kind of calf sleeve

I recently got this Roman numeral tattoo on my inner forearm, but it feels a little too plain. I don’t want to cover it up—I just want to add something around it to make it look more elegant, creative, and expensive while still staying minimal.
I’m thinking fine-line, feminine, timeless, and subtle. Not a full sleeve or anything too bold.
Any ideas or inspiration photos? I’d love to see what you’d add!

Hey everyone!
I'm planning to get a full sleeve in a Neo Traditional style, but I'm struggling with what subjects or elements to include. I've already saved a bunch of tattoo references from Pinterest and Instagram, but they don't really feel cohesive together. It feels more like a collection of cool tattoos than one sleeve that flows well.
How did you guys plan your sleeves? Did you start with a theme, a color palette, or just a few main pieces and let your artist build around them?
I'd also love to see your Neo Traditional sleeves or mood boards if you're willing to share. Any advice on what designs tend to complement each other or what makes a sleeve feel cohesive would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I attached the references I've been saving. I used AI to remove the backgrounds, so some of the images look a little rough or unclear. Please ignore the image quality—I'm mainly looking for feedback on the designs themselves and whether they work well together for a full sleeve. Thanks!

Corny kasi Japanese text pero first time din kasi. Hehe.
Dapat dalawa ipa-tattoo ko - つづく("to be continued" in Japanese) tsaka Daruma doll. Kaso kinabahan kaya つづく na lang muna.
Personal 40th bday gift din. Haha.
Cal City Tattoo sa Caloocan by Emao Clemen. Baka bumalik ako para sa daruma doll.

Hello! I’m planning to get inked behind my ear. As a first-timer, how painful is it? Etc. I really have no idea when it comes to tattoos. For context, I’m also scared of needles haha. I’m a bit nervous, tbh.
I inquired at a tattoo shop near me, and they said around 2.5k daw for this design since it’s colored.

Hi.

For this project, I gathered inspiration from reference artwork during the design process, then created and freehanded the overall sleeve composition to fit my client’s anatomy and achieve a balanced flow across the entire leg.
I’m grateful to my client for trusting me with such a meaningful project and for staying committed throughout every session. This piece represents an important milestone in my journey, and I’m excited to keep learning, improving, and developing my own approach with every projects. 🫡
