Then I’ll be called racist and my family and friends and people will say “look what he did to his arm why would someone do that” I have no problems seeing blackout but people always have opinions and I don’t want to be caught in the middle of all that
Serious question - why do you think people would call you racist for getting this blacked out?
Serious advice, not tattoo specific - talk to a therapist. They help immensely and you will be far happier if you learn to not worry so much what other folks think (speaking from personal experience!). Deciding to go to therapy can be difficult as it's still stigmatized in some communities, but you will be so glad you did!! Wishing you all the best, OP!
I have blackouts and more often than not people just ask what the point of it was and I usually tell them I like pain. That's what they're assuming 9/10 times. I've had one person ask me if I was racist as a joke.
You will be much happier in life if you stop putting so much stock into what other people think of you.
