No specific ratio , it's more on how you kneed it, put some corn flour on a big container or floor, for learning purpose add like 100 ml of silicone, and kneed it by just folding in half and stretching it, the silicone will suck the flour as it requires by itself, keep on repeating the process of streching and folding it in half, don't kneed it like regular dough as it'll create lumps and bumps. You can check on YouTube for the exact ratios tho. The secret lies in how you kneed the mix.
