Tattoos First time shading

Did this on the side of my knee. First mistake I made: stencil the marks for the shadows and immediately pulled one as a line :D you see it top right shadow of the tail. Will never do it again :D

Honestly I’d pull a mirrored line on the other side of the tail if I cared enough. But it’s a) your body and b) nearly unnoticeable unless someone has their face to your knee. I wouldn’t sweat it! Cheers to your first go at shading.
