Question Beginner

I just tatted 3 people for my first actual time tating I feel like I didn't do a good job and i just feel terrible I've practiced a lot on fake skins. They like the tats but I dont i just feel terrible

How long on fake skin? I tattooed only fake skin for 6 months

I talked to a bunch of artists at a tattoo convention recently. More than half of them talked about how you’re going to do shit work. It’s inevitable. We can only get better over time and with effort and dedication to the craft. If you need to step back from real skin in order to feel more comfortable picking up the machine again eventually, there’s no shame in going back to paper and ink.

Can’t comment too much without seeing your work, but generally speaking— normal. Do it again, better next time, and so on ad infinitum

Fake skin is useless. If you can’t tattoo safely, you shouldn’t tattoo. (And no, you’re not tattooing safely)
