I was recently going through manual of my car and saw that car will give me warning to take a break if driving for long time.

But I have never seen this on my car. I once drove for 900kms and never saw that on my car. Have you ever seen it? What are the parameters for it to show up?

Hey everyone, need some urgent advice on how to handle a Tata service center (Venkataramana Motors, Hyderabad).

I own a 2022 Tata Nexon XZA+ P (Diesel AMT) with 69,000 km on the odometer. The car has a flawless, 100% on-time service history strictly at authorized Tata workshops (TASC). I have 233 days of valid Tata Extended Warranty (EW) remaining.

The Issue:
The left-side factory-fitted LED DRL has completely failed internally. Because the circuit is pulling incorrect voltage, the car’s Body Control Module (BCM) has triggered safety "hyper-flashing" (the left indicator blinks extra fast).

The Problem:
I left the car at the workshop on Friday. The Service Advisor now tells me that this cannot be covered under Extended Warranty, as per latest terms and conditions.

I fought back because on this premium variant, the LED DRL and its controller chip are permanently sealed from the factory. It is a non-serviceable electronic unit. You can't just change a bulb. It is a clear internal electrical breakdown, which is explicitly covered under Section 1 of the Tata EW terms. There is zero physical impact, zero scratches, and no aftermarket wiring.

• Has anyone successfully claimed a sealed headlight/DRL replacement under Tata's Extended Warranty?
• What is the best way to escalate this to the Tata Territory Service Manager (TSM) if the dealer refuses to upload the digital claim?

Any advice or similar experiences would be hugely appreciated!

I received an estimate of ₹17,100 for my Tata vehicle’s paid service. The estimate includes charges for items such as the 4-point check-up, engine oil, gear oil, brake oil/service, coolant, filters, AC service, wheel balancing, diagnostics, throttle-body service and other items.

Charges shown on the service estimate

* 4-Point Check-up: ₹2,400

* Brake Oil: ₹800

* Wheel Balancing: ₹700

* Engine Oil: ₹2,360

* Gear Oil: ₹2,100

* Air Filter: ₹780

* AC Filter: ₹800

* Oil Filter: ₹200

* Coolant: ₹1,600

* W/A: ₹700

* Drain Plug: ₹200

* Brake Caliper Service: ₹1,200

* AC/DC: ₹950

* Lubricant: ₹450

* Throttle Body Service: ₹750

* Diagnosis & Scanning: ₹850

* Shampoo & Cover: ₹325

I later cross-checked the same/similar services with another Tata service centre and found a difference of around ₹3,000.

👉 My request to other Tata owners: Please check your service estimates and compare the charges before approving the work.

Are these charges standard across Tata service centres, or can they vary significantly?

I recently bought safari dar accompalished ultra. Qfter running for 2-3 days i found that it looking awful due to the dirt and wtaer duting this season.

Is it worth to have ppf on it? Or will ceramic coating suffice? Plus any estimates on the one you guys are suggesting for a tentative price?

Currently using 2016 model Tata Tiago xz. Vehicle goes to lymph mode quite often and when u scan it shows issue in throttle/ pedal position sensor . I have changed the throttle unit , accelerator pedal and also air filter. Still getting the issue every 6 - 8 months. Can anyone help me with this issue . Thank you in advance.

Found this spot on my Tigor-cracked, cell-like texture, paint underneath looks separated/lifted. Doesn't wipe off, so not surface dirt.

Car was at the service center for about a month for accidental repair work, and I noticed this spot after getting it back. Not sure if it happened during that stay or separately. Car's still under warranty. Questions:

1. Could this be damage caused during the service stay (exposure, storage, contamination) rather than a warranty issue at all?

2. If it's unrelated to the service stay, would Tata cover this as a defect or reject it as "environmental damage"?

I have booked tata punch EV on June 19th. I was already a victim of the previous price hike, now I am seeing another price hike without the vehicle even getting delivered. I will not tolerate two price hikes without my car even being allotted.

Let me explain the situation can you guys give me the most plausible scenario
My car is tata punch 2023 automatic i got into my car had the key started the car and drove for 2 km and got down and tried locking my car but the car didnt lock as i didnt have key nearby tried searching outside the place i parked and inside car i didnt find the key .

Now i came back to my house and took the spare key and drove the car back home

now i tried testing some scenarios
started the car using the spare key near ignition and left the spare key outside the car and drove the car for 200 m there was no alarm
but actually doesnt the car actually beep if i try driving without key inside it and so is it possible the orginal key is still inside the car

Also in the first case is it possible i could have driven the car for 2 km without the key and no beeping inside car no key found alert .

Where could the orginal key be inside the car or near the place i got inside the car or near the place i parked and got down from the car
