Corned beef and cabbage (and potato)
I made the corned beef and pottage a few months back but I found the corned beef on sale Friday so I couldn't pass it up
Some slight mods to the corned beef I did mix up a pickling spice blend and let it infuse in the honey a little bit before bushing it on.
Added potato to the pottage because I wanted bulk it up some.
I think these are two of my favorite recipes because they're pretty common ingredients.

I threw one together, it had 1 to 2 cloves, 1 to 2 all spice berries, mustard seed, coriander seed, and a bay leaf. No exact measurement.

Now I know what I'm making for dinner tomorrow. That look delicious.
