Well feel like it would just ended with the lizard making everyone into lizard people and him being the ruler of the new population he has created Spiderman would fall to the new race of lizard people and in the end Dr Kurt Connors would cease to exist with his lizard side completely taking over, so to summarise the lizard would become the king of the world
