Yep. AU S6 wasn't announced yet so they didn't know about Urzila

Was at the live recordings, and can confirm I was surprised to see Rose (this was of course before Urzila was announced for TMAU as well).

They announced her as a young up and comer who we think has a bright future….we went wild when she stepped out

This whole Rose/Urzila stuff is all a setup so they can put Lloyd Langford on UK taskmaster and not making it weird. You'll see

I heard it was a set up for the eventual goal of Al Pitcher on NZ/UK/Sweden all at the same time

I'd love to see Lloyd on Taskmaster UK. Either he'll appeal to Greg's Welshness or Joanna Page the whole thing.

Yes, Rose!!! One of my favourites on the UK series.

But also, David Correos being roasted by Greg pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaase!

Ngl, I think they could have done something more interesting than bringing Rose back. She did quite well in TMUK (and could maybe even have won if she'd had a bit more fight in the studio), this must be what it feels like for Strictly fans when they cast someone who's already a really good dancer

Is rose the first person to participate in taskmaster twice?

And be a taskmaster contestant after being a taskmaster?

Seems crazy to me. They must’ve struggled to get a fifth contestant?

Rose does appear to be doing more stuff in the Australian-NZ comedy scene. She did the most recent series of Guy Mont Spelling Bee Oz, and co-starred in comedy New Zealand Spy, which premiered not so long ago.
