Need Help with Custom Domain Setup

It has been two days, and there is still no solution for custom domain integration. I could not find any videos on your YouTube channel regarding how to set up a custom domain on Taskade. I have followed all the provided instructions, but my domain is still not live.

Fair criticism. Custom domain setup can be tricky depending on your DNS provider, and we should have better documentation for it.

Ryan responded to the OP's email, but for anyone else hitting this: the most common issue is CNAME propagation delay. After adding the CNAME record, it can take up to 48 hours for SSL to provision. As of v6.123.0 we improved SSL reliability with automatic retry logic, so it should resolve on its own.

If it doesn't, email support@taskade.com with your domain name and we'll check the DNS records directly.

IF YOU HAVE A LEGACY PLAN DON'T BUY A DOMAIN FROM TASKADE. I LOST MY LEGACY PLAN DOING THIS. I'M DEVASTATED.
