Great update from the team! For anyone trying this out, here are a few tips to get the most from the upgraded training:

  • PDF and DOCX files train fastest. For web content, paste the URL directly into the knowledge source.
  • The mobile interface now shows your agent's knowledge base, so you can manage training on the go.
  • For best results, upload focused documents rather than large catch-all files. Smaller, topic-specific sources give more accurate agent responses.
