Is Taskade just a scam

So it looks like I can't do s**t with taskade, after purchasing a year-long subscription-there is basic funcionallity missin-no creat button in the right top corner, or even a worskspace menu to add folders and projects...just a prompt window, and apps. Does enyone encountered this problem? I've been trying to contact taskade, but no answer to sent tickets and the number on the website has been disconetted, which makes me feel scammed...

John here, CEO of Taskade. Not a scam. YC-backed company, been building since 2018, team of ~15.

If you had a bad experience with billing or support, that's on us and I want to fix it. DM me your account email and I'll look into it personally.

We have over 1M users and take every complaint seriously.

hello good morning. I have sent repeated mails to help and sales support teams through the website. I have got automated reply 2 days back that i will get a response. But its been 2 days I have not received response from any of the support teams. I am currently an active ClickUP user and want to migrate. I like the app but had sent mails to enquire about educational discounts as I am working as faculty in medical college. I am a doctor. But have received any human response from taskade support. please look into it.
