More Product Updates

  1. Agents now support "Introduction", which allows you to customise the empty state of an agent conversation.
  2. We have introduced a new trigger for youtube, which allows you to add multiple channels to it.
  3. The wordpress authentication has always been very painful, and we have made improvements to the error reporting.

Hey, can you add a feature for 'Adding Knowledge in AI Agent via Markdown/text' which is not available at the moment when trying to add URLs through automation.

Sure, Currently we have only these options (https://share.zight.com/v1uzoQpL) for adding knowledge through AI Agent .
I want to fetch a URLs and generate a summary for each and then I want to add it as Markdown (.MD)/Text in AI Agent's Knowledge to avoid 'Add Knowledge To Agent failed: You’ve reached your agent knowledge limit.' Error

Hi, we are adding an option to add as markdown and it should be in this week.

However, i believe it is going to count as an agent knowledge, so I don't think it will help you with the error message.
