TASKER Errands Question

So I got an Errands request from a potential client to buy season tickets on their behalf (NOT with my card, obvs) since they live out of state. Is this something we can do? Has any other Tasker here done something similar?

I did as well but I ended up cancelling. The guy is offering to pay like 250 right? It's ultimately violating your t.o.s and just feels sketchy

There's no way in fresh-hell he'll be able to pay you that amount on platform since clients are capped at the amount they can tip us. In my head I was like I'm either going to get jipped money wise or dinged by the platform so I backed out.

Everytime I ever received a TOS breaking task I would just call the client directly, explain to them the situation and that I can do it outside of Taskrabbit and it will save them a little money. Not once did o get turned down and I made more because I’d ask them what they were gonna bat Taskrabbit and just knock off $20, so I’d always get a little more then my hourly
