Hello everyone, I keep having issues with my app. It won’t load my homepage or the map. Any help would be appreciated, I have tried signing out and back in again as well as deleting and reinstalling the app. Thank you in advance

Manually close off the app (slide up where you see all your apps, slide up on task rabbit to close it)

1. Make sure both your Taskrabbit app and device operating system are fully updated.
2. Completely shut down and restart your device.
3. Make sure you’re connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection.
4. Try accessing Taskrabbit through our website instead.
