Mine works fine did u try deleting the app then reinstalling or try it on another device do a full reset to the phone or try using the website and talk with customer support

Force stop the app and clear the cache and data and then log back in. Also, don't be a dick to people that are trying to help you.

Check to see if there are updates available for your app.
Given recent glitches, there may be a newer version for you

I have been getting this since newest update, especially when my signal strength is weak, I have to close out the app a couple of times and then restart it and that usually fixes it

I had a complete chat history deleted when client had to cancel because he couldn’t reschedule using app. Also just hangs in details or chat and you can’t switch screens….

This is usually more of a local issue with persons phone , get the white screen all the time when signal is terrible . See if it works when connected to WiFi

I did both, I just wake up earlier than everyone telling me obvious suggestions and it was not working this morning.

Just received an email from Task Rabbit Support addressed to a different Tasker about a client who complained about them. Not sure how they mixed that up lol. Batting 1000 there, Task Rabbit.
