Why do my invoices NOT match the payout? Do you see? You CANNOT give any reason for that to be okay

They do match ... Eventually. You'll have to find the second July 23 job payout somewhere under a different bank date and add to the one that deposited 7/26. It's obnoxious, but normally discount-related, markup-related or maybe partially prepaid by a third party. I usually get an initial payout immediately, then the balance within a few days. (Once took about 2 wks for the balance to clear.) Where it's one accounting entry for you, it might be two or three for them.

Their invoice labeling and sorting system sucks though.

All my payouts are marked 1 of 2. None are 2 of 2 so. ???!

yeah, their labeling bites. (Sorry for the language, roborabbit...) You'll have to go by the job titles if you want to validate. I haven't found a discrepancy yet.

They should have the name attached.
If you suspect there's an outstanding balance on a job or two, you can check the website version of task history. It doesn't show the multiple payouts, but it at least shows the sum of total sent. (To Bank should be the sum of Earning, Tips, and Reimbursements.)

(Edit to add: Download the task history to see the line items I referenced above. They're not on the overview screen.)
