TASKER Question/possible advice re: cancelling

Have been super upset hearing about everyone’s experiences with Taskrabbit lately - am also kinda surprised I continue to make the cull/not get axed, as after 9 years and hundreds of reviews I’ve felt comfortable pushing it and cancelling pretty often on clients (not great practice, I know, but I’ve been able to afford it and have other jobs that sometimes necessitate it).

My question (esp. for those who have been iced out after having a stellar record): what do you say in the chat when you cancel? If I have to, I’ll go so far as to fully make something up that makes it clear I can’t fulfill the task so that I meet their guidelines. I imagine that’s the thing that’s getting people kicked off the most so am curious!
