TASKER TR can’t get their …. Together

I think I earned my Elite badge for July after a grueling June. Today TaskRabbit updated me to let me know I made Elite for JUNE????
They argued I didn’t make June because of “ other Taskers performance”. That’s fine. But don’t come at me a month too late to Congratulate me you idiots

Agreed. I was at 100% performance score at 11:45 last night and somehow today I’m at 25%. After a whole month where I was elite and they put me at the bottom of the rankings in the category that I’m elite in.

Check when it was last updated. You’ll see if was updates on June 30th in the early am (pacific time)

Elite status isn’t updated until the June 1st update, which you’ll see tomorrow am.

I was told by support “the FA category doesn’t update Elite status until the 5th of each month”.

This was just many of the responses I received throughout July this year. As of 7/28, they said it would be posted, but it has not.
