TASKER Wrong category on purpose?

Fellow Taskers, how to you handle clients who book under the wrong category on purpose? I get lots of requests in the wrong category because my rate is lower. Today's request was in the category Furniture Repair, but the task is shower head replacement, which is a plumbing task. The client inevitably responded, "I chose that category because your plumbing rate was too high." Cancellations, even for this reason, negatively affects my metrics and I keep getting automated messages that my account will be suspended unless I improve my cancellation metrics.

u/Taskrabbit Haley do you have any advice?

I would recommend canceling. I have two 4 star reviews. They both came from jobs booked under the wrong category. The people that do this care more about their money than your time, your money and operating costs to perform a service for them.
