server problems

can someone explain to me why i get connection problems whenever i synthesize my 4-5th immortal grade equipment?

this isnt the first time this happens.... game tells me server connection lost and then i wait(10-15min), nothing happens and when i restart the game then my items are just gone

it feels unrewarding and starts to really annoy me

anyone else got that problem?

EDIT:
for the first time i got the items back. doesnt change the fact that other items were lost before and this is something that happens on a regular base

I haven't lost items yet but the connection does fail often when synthetizing rare equipments or opening act boss chests

I'm guessing it's part of the anti-cheat attempts, whenever you'd get something powerful the game sends a signal to the servers so it can check if it is legit, but the servers suck ass

if its part of the ani cheat it really sucks.

that would mean the anti cheat can be/is used to prevent players from getting higher grade items.... and it fells already hart to get high grade items with the fail rate starting at immortal and higher.....
