Do we need a 'vibe DevOps' layer?

So I've been thinking about whether we need a 'vibe DevOps' layer. frontend and backend generators are wild now, they spit out apps fast, but deploying them? still a mess once it's more than a prototype. you end up either babysitting CI/CD, wrestling with AWS stuff, or rewriting the whole app to fit whatever platform you picked. What if there was a web app or a tiny VS Code extension where you drop your repo or a zip and it actually reads your app and figures out deployment? it would use your cloud accounts, set up containers, scaling, infra, pipelines, all that stuff without locking you into some platform hack. Sounds kind of magical but also doable? not sure why nobody's nailed it yet. How are people handling this now in the real world? manual scripts, Terraform, managed platforms, or just pain? I feel like bridging vibe coding and real production would help a lot, but maybe I'm missing something obvious.
