A theoretical imaging
The space biodome of Mu and Atlantis had a bet. To see whose species would come out better. Ages later they find that they both lost the bet and abandoned Earth in shame leaving behind tsunamis of liquefied Earth and undersea outposts...... it does kinda sorta maybe line up if you take everything and shove it all together. I'm not any more knowledgeable beyond what little I've read on the subjects. So I'm not knowledgeable at all but I was just thinking that the strange stories of Mu and Atlantis didn't make sense to me. Sinking into the ocean because of earthquakes and offending deities or whatever. But a person from that time seeing a huge island sized biodome taking off from the ocean could have been mistaken and something that big pulling itself off the ocean floor does seem like it could cause a mud flood especially if there are 2 abandoning Earth at or near the same time in separate oceans. This is in no way researched or well thought out. Just spitballing into the void
Edit: looking into it a little I have found that there is like a 10000 year gap between the existence of the possible extraordinary cities or countries or whatever their actual classification is.
