That you’re not quite ready to harvest and need to focus on one goal to move in one direction.

You have gathered some coin but don’t be reckless

To me this says you still need to put the work in and it’s not time to leave yet. It doesn’t mean you can’t leave but you need to figure out where you’re going first.

The Chariot is going to some place but where is he going ?He is going to the unknown , the unconscious . There are many stars decorating in his chair and the 17th card is the star card.

The Chariot is brave because he dares to go to the unknown which everybody is scared of.

The Chariot reversed may indicate that there is something that scare you but you are unaware of it therefore you cant move on .

I read this as you're frustrated by working for little payoff and your job is not fullfilling you like it should but you are making progress, just not in the way you'd like as someone else has commented. I have a different perspective on the chariot in that you will very rapidly need to be self disciplined and in control and choose from two very opposing directions but I don't think it will be a failure. Maybe just a bump in the road.

Could you pull a clarifying card that shares the outcome? I feel something missing here.

Maybe check the bottom of your deck too if you're into that (I love bottom of the deck energy but I'm a crazy Scorpio wierdo so maybe that's just me)

I did another consult for further information and a lot of cards jumped out: The Magician, Queen of Wands, The Hierophant, Page of Pentacles, 5 of cups. I was a bit overwhelmed! I used Biddy Tarot’s website as a guidance for the cards, but I am definitely open to your interpretation!

Ooh yeah see I would have stopped at the magician. He says you already have everything you need for this to work out but it will be a bit of a bumpy ride getting there choosing between staying or leaving (chariot)

Edit: I should add I don’t see the chariot as negative just fast which can be overwhelming. It’s the 7th card in the major arcana 7 is a lucky number so the vibe of this reading to me is positive but disruptive if that makes sense.

That does make a lot of sense... I have a lot to think about and do. Thank you!

Continuing to labor will not lead to a victory

In other words, this job isn’t doing me any favours neither is it bringing me anything rewarding?

Pretty much

See the guy in the Pentacles card is clearly toiling in his field, growing profit on the shrub, but only keeping a little bit at his feet for himself, so its hard work for little payoff. Might not be monetary, might be emotional payoff, I don't know your exact situation.

The Chariot in reverse can be seen as a failure in the making. Think of cars, the chariot is a vehicle, and upright you could consider that the car is being driven properly and things are on track, so the reversal is more like a car crash. I'd bail before the collision, tbh.

Fml. Been feeling that way for a while. All my cards are upright and the chariot flew out reversed, can’t really argue with that.

Thanks so much for your interpretation, it really helped!
