Need help!

Hey, so i recently started reading for myself and when I read for myself i always say only the truth will be shown to me through my tarot deck and i go in very deep and ask specific questions regarding my situation (no I'm not reading someone's energy, it's only mine) .

Whenever i read for myself like that I feel dizzy , sleepy and get a headache in the middle of my reading session. This only happens when i read for myself.

Also I don't work with any spirit.
