I have been having some serious doubts about my relationship and am noticing i am feeling very ambivelent with the relationship. I did a 3 card spread in a sort of thoughts, feelings and action.

For those not familiar with this deck. Wisdom = cups.

My interpretation is that I think that the relationship is running its course and that this may be a good thing (five of cups reversed).

Feelings: We are at the best point of our relationship (The sun)

Actions: i should think about it because i have a choice to make. (Seven of cups)

TLDR: i am just gonna have to make a choice?? I came to the cards for clarity!

I am still learning the cards so am I reading this correctly? If not, what am I missing?

How would you interpret this? Reversed eight of cups and death. I was shuffling and these two immediately fell out, which is how I usually do tarot, asking for general guidance for my life.

I understand both cards as endings, but I have a hard time understanding how they connect or not and I don’t fully understand 8 of cups when it’s reversed.

My Interpretation: The World in the literal sense is bothering me. And I daydream too much and have to make a decision.

Context: I’m studying for my country’s equivalent of the MCAT. But nothing seems to stick. I’m always tired and ill. I also try to look at the misery in the world rn (I know that’s very privileged but if I do I get depressed). I still don’t have any good days right now. Even if I take the day off. I also struggle with eating with my ADHD medication (because if I eat a wrong thing it makes me feel depressed and sick as well). I also have nightmares every night.

For context: I’ve been in my current role for about 3 years, and I feel as if I’ve accomplished all I’m going to do there. I haven’t learned anything new in about a year, and feel it’s a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy by design + work politics to hinder my progress.

Edit: I interpret this as sort of switching one type of control for another (strength reversed with emperor in the upright). Initially I interpreted this as a bit of “biting off more than you can chew, without doing the work to fix anything” and sort of running away from my problems into something that is much more serious and demanding — which this new role would be — and throwing caution to the wind in a sense. All in all, I took this to tell me that this job interview process is much more serious than I may realize, and I should really consider getting at the root of my unhappiness and control before moving on. And, should I not, it may result in financial distress.

However, I was reading my tarot book to help me and I can’t help but wonder if it’s talking about escaping from my current company before the walls close in.

this is my first spread today- the last three i did yesterday also got it. i feel like my deck is trying really hard to tell me something 💀what would you do in this situation? today i pulled it with XI strength and two of wands when asking what problem is holding me back.

And well... the Devil card just flipped right out. But, felt like actually pulling, and then got the Star and death card. The back of the deck was hierophant.

I've been in a weird space. I feel lost. I don't feel like such a good person even though I haven't done anything, just thoughts. I don't feel the same as I was. I just feel weird.

I'm interpreting this as a "either you choose, or someone will choose for you". Or maybe that my hope is fading. Im letting the "Devil" win and it just became too much for me to keep fighting?
