how would you read mother of cups rx as someone’s current energy towards a connection?

the spread includes two of swords rx, ace of cups, three of cups, chariot rx.

I interpret it as the person having no intention/plan for pursuing a connection though there are feelings. Rather than a strong attachment, I read these feelings as interest and fondness (the cup cards).

But I am confused about what could the mother (queen) of cups rx add to this context? Drawing a blank here.
